Charles Quayle has been accepted into the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, where he plans to study electrical engineering. Charles is a member of the robotics team, NHS, and will be a highest honors graduate this upcoming May. Charles's dedication to pursuing a career in the maritime industry is not merely a career choice; it's a calling deeply rooted in his family's tradition of serving the nation. We are so proud of Charles for his commitment to serving our country.
Joseph Rouse has been accepted into the U.S. Air Force Academy, where he plans to study mechanical engineering. Joseph enjoys competitive rock climbing and has participated in the American Ninja Warrior television show twice! His leadership extends beyond the classroom, embodying the spirit of collaboration and innovation that the U.S. Air Force Academy values. Thank you for your service and commitment to our country.
Vaughn Fields has been accepted into the U.S. Naval Academy, where he plans to study either civil or mechanical engineering. Vaughn is a member of the NHS, DTSOI band, and enjoys playing rugby in his free time. The aspiration to attend a military academy is not just a dream but a calling, one rooted in a genuine desire to contribute to something greater than himself. We are so proud of you and thank you for your service and commitment to our country.

-Our high school Chamber Choir even received a perfect score of 100 from one judge!
These marks are among the highest ever achieved by DTSOI choirs, and we couldn’t be more proud of our talented students and their dedication to excellence.









1616Y is currently ranked in the top 10 in the world by multiple metrics and has achieved an incredible 71-1 record on the year, with their only loss in the finals at their first local tournament of the season.

CONGRATULATIONS to the DTSOI Jr. High Quiz Bowl team! They are BACK 2 BACK 7A State Co-Champs! In February, they competed in the 7A Championship for Jr. High Quiz Bowl! They went undefeated and won the red bracket of play! Roger Coridan was also the Red Bracket MVP with an average of over 20 questions correct per round!
