All car riders must be picked up by 2:10 PM, or they should be enrolled in the After School Program. The cost for Wednesdays is $25 per day per child. Join the Walker ROAR After School Program!
Location: Walker Elementary, with Walker Staff
When: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday school days, after school until 5:30 PM, from September 3 to May 1. This program follows the Springdale School 2024-2025 calendar.
Requirements: Parents must attend a meeting on Tuesday, August 27 at 5:00 PM. Students entering grades 1-5 are eligible, with good behavior and regular attendance required.
Transportation: Bus services are available for students who ride bus 153 or 177. Car riders should be picked up promptly at 5:30 PM.
Description: The program offers a snack, academic support with a focus on STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Math) and reading, and dinner.

¡Estoy emocionado de verlos a todos en la Noche de Regreso a Clases esta noche! The Wooden Spoon y Shave the Planet estarán en el estacionamiento delantero. Tendrán comidas preparadas y conos de nieve/helado para comprar. ¡El 15% será donado a la PTA mientras nos preparamos para comprar un nuevo letrero digital para la escuela, comidas para los maestros, fiestas de clase, etc.! Excited to see everyone at Back to School Night tonight! The Wooden Spoon and Shave the Planet will be in the front parking lot. They will have prepped meals and Snow Cones/ice cream for purchase. 15% will be donated back to the PTA as we prepare to purchase a new digital sign for the school, meals for teachers, class parties, etc!
